Need a custom seal? HydraPak is your one source for custom hydraulic and pneumatic seals in low or high quantities. From polyurethane to nitrile rubber and Teflon to PEEK, we can machine seals up to 650mm (25-1/2") outside-diameter in house, and 1000mm (39-1/4") sourced through our business partners. Our computer software allows us to produce more than 115 standard profiles as well as countless additional designs to meet your needs.

Machined Plastic Parts

In addition to custom seals, we also produce simple and complex plastic parts from 1 to 10,000 piece quantities. Components such as bushings, bearings, washers, grommets, backups, gaskets, shims, guide liners, valve seats, etc are available on demand.
