HPSI

The CAT® Oversized Head Seal is a durable static seal designed as an aftermarket replacement for the O-ring and back-up ring at the top of Caterpillar® hydraulic cylinders. Made from 90A urethane, its symmetrical one-piece design provides high extrusion resistance and helps address common sealing failures associated with high eccentricities and large extrusion gaps, including back-up blowout and pinched back-up rings. The unitary construction helps reduce installation damage, improve sealing reliability, and simplify assembly. This is a replacement part only and is not an OEM Caterpillar® seal.
