The MSBR Buffer Seal is molded from nylon with a 70A nitrile energizer to absorb the shock of hydraulic pressure spikes and help protect the primary rod seal. Slots on the pressure side of the energizer relieve back pressure between the buffer and rod seal, supporting reliable performance in tandem sealing systems.
