HPSI

The Polyseal Z-Seal™ combines a resilient rubber sealing lip with a rigid thermoplastic base to provide reliable sealing and excellent extrusion resistance in hydraulic applications. At low pressure, the sealing lip maintains sealing force, while increasing system pressure mechanically energizes the anti-extrusion base to close the extrusion gap behind the sealing lip. This design delivers dependable sealing performance across a wide operating pressure range.
