The P-V Polyseal Fluorocarbon U-Seal combines the proven Polyseal design with genuine DuPont™ Viton® fluorocarbon for demanding hydraulic applications. A four-lobed expander ring maintains consistent sealing force across the operating pressure range while enhancing low-pressure sealing performance to help prevent leakage ("weeping"). Viton® offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of fluids and continuous operating temperatures from -20°F to +400°F, making it ideal for high-temperature and chemically demanding environments.
The Deep profile uses the same Type D sealing lip as the Standard profile but has a greater seal height than cross section, resulting in a rectangular geometry. This profile is designed for applications requiring a deeper seal configuration.
