The RB Rod Buffer Seal is a U-cup style buffer seal designed for tandem rod sealing systems and high-load hydraulic applications. Its asymmetric lip profile, chamfered sealing edges, and pressure-relieving design help prevent pressure entrapment while absorbing impact pressure fluctuations to protect the primary rod seal and extend its service life. RB-BU versions include a polyacetal back-up ring for added extrusion resistance
