SG Seal Guard Metallic Rod Wipers are engineered for hostile environments requiring aggressive contaminant exclusion. Each wiper consists of two flexible bronze rings held by a nitrile cushion ring that absorbs side loads while energizing the wiper to maintain close, consistent contact with the rod. The bronze rings effectively shave off sand, grit, slag, paint, moisture, and chips, protecting your hydraulic system from premature wear. These wipers are long-lasting, self-adjusting, and low-friction, ensuring reliable performance even under demanding conditions. SG wipers can be installed in standard HydraPak “D” style grooves with minor modifications and are available in metric sizes upon request.
