HPSI

V-Packing Sets are used in applications including telescoping truck hoists, pumps, valves, and hydraulic rods and pistons. VS Vee Sets incorporate fabric-reinforced rubber pressure rings between top and bottom adaptors made from either nylon or fabric-reinforced rubber, which conform to the center V-rings and metal grooves. Some sets also include one or two urethane pressure rings to provide low-pressure sealing where appropriate.


Set Construction: The last four digits of the part number identify the V-packing set construction. The four digits correspond, in order, to female/top adaptor, Hytrel® V-rings, fabric/rubber V-rings, and male/bottom adaptor quantities.
